Just found your card again. So you did it almost as you expected your journey to be from what I can see from your track in Google Earth. Congratulations. Maybe now you consider doing it the other way round. No I'am kidding. Not have had time enough to read your adventure thoroughly but the little I've read makes my mouth water. Oh yes I forgot to say who is writing. I'm one of the couple of Bretons who travelled along with you across Mauritania up to Saint-Louis.

Remember us? We are the two Germans with the beige LandCruiser. We met in Ouagadougou.
We are back home for 4 months now and try to settle down again.

Wie schön, dass Ihr gesund und munter angekommen seid (ich schreib' auf Deutsch, denn eine "echte" Lehrerin versteht das bestimmt...) - Wir sind die komische Familie, die in Kamerun, Buea mit Euch im Guesthouse der Presbyterian war und den MagenDarmVirus mit Euch teilte...
